THESE ADDITIONAL CLASSES AND COACH OFFERINGS COME AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE AND ARE OFFERED MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGHOUT EACH WEEK.

BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM INCLUDE:

  • Freebie HIIT Weekends - Multiple free HIIT style classes are offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for students looking to make up missed classes or get in additional classes at their own desire. 

  • Tempo Focused Strength and Power Classes - These strict tempo focused classes will address proper mechanics, technique, and form through the eccentric and concentric phases of various functional movements while focusing on overall power and strength 

  • Mobility, Stretching, & Flexibility Classes - Classes will focus on the mobility and flexibility aspects through various movement patterns and ranges of motion. Multiple class options are offered throughout the week.

  • Foam Rolling Classes - Self myofascial release (SMR) techniques will be performed to help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase joint range of motion. Foam rollers are encouraged but not necessary.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching Support - Students will have the ability to connect one-on-one though video conference with our coaches on staff to discuss various personal health and wellness topics. This intimate approach to personalized goal planning for diet/nutrition, stress, sleep, wellness, etc. is a massive bonus for any student looking to make significant lifestyle changes by finding solutions to possible ongoing health and wellness shortcomings.
