Free live supplemental classes are offered every day of the week in addition to students set curriculum for the possibility of 5 extra classes a week.

SMALL CLASS SIZES
Small head count limits offer closer attention and connection between trainers and students without the associated cost of 1:1 training.
A set schedule with the same instructor for every class allows coaches to learn the strengths and weaknesses of every student. Structured class meets 2x per week with the potential for students to attend 56 drop-in supplemental program classes (7 classes per week) over the course of the 8 week program.From calendar scheduling, workout programs themselves, everything is designed with scientific reasoning through developmental conditioning. Proper habits are established and built to last with resounding positive effects.
This is not some type of program to just get you moving and make you sweat. Specific scientific reasoning and training methods are the driving force behind every class where students are provided the proper tools to increase overall performance and personal goal outcomes.
DATA STATS AND TRACKING
Personal data is tracked during every class to give every student real-time insight and statistical backed feedback based on their performance. Our patented performance “HIIT School Grading Scale” is built off millions of data inputs over the course of a decade which offer students genuine insight and direction to ensure peak performance during each workout based on individual as well as community based comparisons.
DIET & NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT
Nutritional guidance, tracking, advice, and feedback are covered throughout the entire program at no additional cost.

We can’t leave your loved ones in the dark on school! Anyone living with you may join in on virtual classes at no additional cost.
SUPPLEMENTAL SUPPORT CLASSES
Additional live streaming, free, classes are offered everyday of the week for students to try a wide range of fitness program outside our typical HIIT style programming.
