FREEBIE HIIT WEEKENDS 

HIIT style classes are offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for students looking to make up missed classes or get in additional classes at their own desire. 

TEMPO POWER/STRENGTH

A strict tempo focus addresses proper mechanics, technique, and form through the eccentric and concentric phases of various functional movements while focusing on overall power and strength.

ARMS, BUTT, & CORE

30 minute blast classes focused on those smaller, often neglected, but very important muscle groups. Perfect if pressed for time or in the mood to focus on the "small" details.

FLEXIBILITY, MOBILITY,

& STRETCHING

30 minute classes focused on active, static, SMR, and functional mobility aspects through various movement patterns, holds, and ranges of motion. 

1-ON-1 COACHING SUPPORT

Every student has the ability to connect 1-on-1 with their personal trainer during 'open office hours' to discuss issues and solutions for personal health/fitness goals and topics. It is an intimate and in-depth approach to creating positive and lasting change.

THE ORIGINAL HIIT 

Students attend two small group (avg size 10 people) classes each week taught by the same trainer each session. A genuine bond and understanding between teacher and student is formed as accountability and expectation factors are established, tracked, and met.
