DESIGNED FOR GRADES 4TH - 7TH

KID FIT HIIT

A large majority of kids are not involved in organized sports. That doesn’t mean their overall health, fitness, and team involvement should be neglected. 

 

This program is designed to establish the basics and fundamentals of health and fitness through proper movements/techniques, mobility, strength, agility, quickness, team building, and most importantly self confidence.

Enrollment period is OPEN! Mini Camp starts April 22nd!

Dates: April 22nd - May 17th

Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (12 Sessions Total)

Time: 4pm - 4:45pm

 Program Description: Classes will introduce and establish fundamentals of health and fitness through a fun, effective, and highly educational curriculum focused on mobility, stability, strength, agility, and more!

MATURE "ALUMNI"

LIIT > HIIT

Similar to  our classic HIIT program but at a much lower intensity…Low Intensity Interval Training. 

 

Pace is slowed, mobility, form, and technique take center stage, and overall wellness is the main focus. 

 

This program is great for our more mature “Alumni” students, individuals coming back from injury, and even  expecting mothers.

DESIGNED FOR 6-12TH GRADE

YOUTH PERFORMANCE HIIT

This sports performance focused curriculum designed to enhance athletic performance abilities in youth. While growth cycles are still highly active, injury prevention becomes vital. This program is geared towards understanding proper mechanics through movements patterns commonly used in their sports involvement. 

 

A curriculum of proper balance, stabilization, mobility, agility, and quickness will pay massive dividends on their given sports fields/courts. 

​

Camps are scheduled to kick off in May. Be sure to check back for more info in the Spring
