KID FIT HIIT
A large majority of kids are not involved in organized sports. That doesn’t mean their overall health, fitness, and team involvement should be neglected.
This program is designed to establish the basics and fundamentals of health and fitness through proper movements/techniques, mobility, strength, agility, quickness, team building, and most importantly self confidence.

ALL LEVELS
STRENGTH PERFORMANCE
This 8-week strength performance program is designed for individuals looking to improve overall strength and power through both traditional and unconventional bodybuilding, powerlifting, and athletic performance training practices.
Space in class is limited to 9 individuals for an intimate and highly personalized program centered around proper form and technique. The program is designed to ensure safety while aggressively pushing the limits of progressive overload to activate steady progress and change in regards to body composition and performance abilities. ​
DESIGNED FOR 8-12TH GRADE
YOUTH PERFORMANCE
This sports performance focused curriculum designed to enhance athletic performance abilities in youth. While growth cycles are still highly active, injury prevention becomes vital. This program is geared towards understanding proper mechanics through movements patterns commonly used in their sports involvement.
A curriculum of proper balance, stabilization, mobility, agility, and quickness will pay massive dividends on their given sports fields/courts.
